No. 22 Project | Jomer beauty salon

Spaces have their own stories and narratives, and all stories begin somewhere. We entered a 50-year-old building with the use of fashion show, the goal of which was to transform it into a beauty salon, with specific challenges for each space, the most important of which was time due to the age of the building. A project that took a month and a half from design to implementation with all the problems we face when renovating an old building. After three days of spatial investigation and the process of producing the map and arranging the teams, the project started; Moving the kitchen from the entrance to the terrace in order to create a more attractive entrance and remove the smell of the staff’s food from the hall and creating a cafe bar on the terrace to receive guests was prioritized. Next, by removing the walls, we created a bigger salon, and by adding an additional service to one of the rooms and using its sewage for a pedicure space, a nail line was also added to the salon services.
In the terrace space, we helped to remove the 6-meter space of the floor by using Deepc new material, and by arranging furniture and enough space and creating a linear green space in order to prevent the surrounding view, a suitable space was created for visitors and staff to rest.

The project ended and became an excuse to strengthen friendship.
