No. 07 Project | Damavand villa design

The construction of a villa with an area of ​​450 square meters was done in 2019 with the focus on responding to the function of the space, which focuses on the minimal style.
The client’s need was to create a different space with the simplest lines in form and decoration, as well as paying attention to the communication and function of the spaces with each other. In the design of this complex, which was done in a duplex unit, the goal was to meet the client’s needs in terms of spatial divisions and the selection of materials together.
Establishing a balance in the space with warm lighting and the use of plant elements next to the cold material of microcement was done in such a way that people would experience good conditions psychologically by being there.
